One more baked oat recipe. This one is without fresh fruit, and can last longer. I make little changes: instead of olive oil, raisins and brown sugar I use coconut oil, cranberries and honey. It is very simple to make and store. I make it once in 2 weeks, cut in bars, wrap in parchment paper, store in airtight container in fridge. And I have healthy snack for everyday.

Spelt is another healthy grain which I try to include more of in my diet. It is full of fibres, proteins, iron and magnesium.  And figs I just like very much. There are few changes I make like instead of sugar, applesauce and fig preserve I use honey, grated apple and chopped dry figs (healthier option than preserve because they contain vitamin K, potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron).
