Sweaty 5 Minute Workout To Burn Fat And Get In Shape Quickly

Don’t say you have no time for a 5 minute workout.

We all want to take care of our health and be in good shape. But then happens life and gives us a load of work to do. Until the time we are done with all responsibilities towards work, family, friends there is no time or energy left for ourselves. And every night we promise to ourselves tomorrow I will find the time. Then tomorrow comes and it’s not much different.

The fact that you are reading this post is your sign that you need to make a change.

 

 

Now good thing is that these workouts require only 5 minutes. You can do them quickly before shower. And if you will be consistent every day, soon you will see results.

Ultimately, after a lot of experimenting I found this routine to be the best. It works all major muscles, with accent on cardio and core strength. You can adjust repetitions to your own pace and abilities, or make 2-3 circuits. Just do it at your own pace. Don’t push yourself to hard. Pain is not what you aim for. Exercise should be something you look forward not dread. If you feel you can’t move any more stop and take a rest. You can always continue tomorrow. Exercising is about consistency, every day little bit not crying through pain.

 

With that being said let’s see this miracle

5 MINUTE WORKOUT

Best 5 minute workout to get in shape fast

5 minute workout busy

 

 

Let’s start with little warm up and cardio.

50x Jumping jacks

Warm up with little bit of jumping, get heart rate up to speed up circulation.

Stand up straight with feet together, knees slightly bent and arms down by your side.

In one motion jump and move your legs out to the side shoulder width apart and bring your arms above your head.

Jump back in the starting position.

Repeat 50 times.

If you didn’t exercise for long time i recommend only lifting legs, without jumping. This will shape up your thighs nicely and help get rid of cellulite.

50x high knees

Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart and arms down by your side.

Jump on left foot(balls of the foot) while lifting right knee hip high (arms move in motion that helps you keep balance).

Jump on right foot(balls of the foot) while lifting left knee hip high (move arms in motion that helps you keep balance).

Repeat 50 times.

Now this is for round, lifted booty and toned thighs.

15x (each leg) side kick squats

Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart (parallel to each other).

Bend knees, and lower hips (like you would sit) until your thighs are parallel to the floor, be careful that your knees don go over your feet. Move arms in motion that helps you keep balance.

Stand up straight and lift your left/right leg out to the side and come back to the initial position.

Repeat with same leg or alternating legs if it feels more comfortable.

I find this type of lunges more efficient than regular, but you can do regular lunges as well if these are not your thing.

15x (each leg) curtsy lunges

From standing position move your left leg behind and right, bending both knees (left knee until 90°, thigh is parallel to the floor). Move arms in motion that helps you keep balance.

Return to standing position.

Repeat with same leg or alternating legs if it feels more comfortable.

This exercise is always part of my workout because it works almost all muscles.

30x mountain climbers

Place your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart, arms straight. Form a straight line with your body from shoulders to ankles, standing on toes. Bring your left leg forward towards chest, bend knee, toes on the floor.

In one motion switch legs, bringing right leg forward and left leg back.

Repeat 30 times

And there you have it. 5 minute, all major muscles are engaged, little bit of cardio to sweat out toxins and lose fat,  little bit of core strength because you gotta have strong core.

Plank is one of the best exercises. It engages almost all muscles and you don’t actually have to do much. Just take the position and hold as long as you can.

Maybe you are more of a yoga type, or you want to improve your flexibility. Then you should try these morning and evening 5 minute routines. It’s beginner yoga so no worries there are no insane poses.
