Prompts to make a plan for the realization of your goals

The journal is a perfect place to refine your ideas and draft different courses of action you can take to achieve your goals. It’s hard to realize a vague idea that sits somewhere in your head. But once you start writing about it, giving it details, and defining its form, It will be easier to come up with steps for the realization of the idea.

What is one action you can do today that is aligned with your ideal self?

Ask yourself this question every day, once it gets easier to do that one activity, add one more activity. With time add more and more activities that align with the vision of your ideal life.

Take one of your goals and make several different courses of action for the realization of that goal.

What is the first step?

For each goal you have write the first step you could take towards it.

Step-by-step plan to realize a goal

Think about one of your goals and outline actionable steps you could take to realize your goal. Write also about how you wish to feel once you achieve your dream. Write this for every goal you have.

What tools, skills, or knowledge will you need to realize your goals?

Prompts to track your progress

Regularly review your journal entries to track your growth, celebrate milestones, and revisit goals as needed.

Weekly/monthly progress

At the end of every week/month answer three questions: what went well, what could have been better, and what you need to let go.

Life score

From time to time grade each area of your life and elaborate on the grade. Why did you choose that grade, what is good, and what could be better?
