I am constantly on the search for good oat recipes. Oat is one of my favourite ingredients for breakfast and snacks. It is amazing how such humble grain is so healthy. Not only is it gluten-free, but it contains fibers, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Moreover starting a day with a simple oatmeal keeps blood sugar level steady throughout the day, helps in weight loss and maintaining optimal weight.   2. Oats are healthy but I never had an idea that oats can be made with so many varieties. I always had them as a pudding and as salty oats. Now, I have so many recipes.Yippi..! 😀 Thank you.
